Production Material
We have ABS, ASA, PMMA, PETG, PC, HDPE, HIPS and other raw materials to produce boards. According to customer needs, the panels can be flame-retardant, UV-resistant, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, textured or colored on the surface or both sides, and single or composite panels or cover panels can be selected. For your reference, like two layers of ASA with one layer of ABS in the middle, such as ASA-ABS-ASA, we call it a composite board. Just like the surface of ABS is covered with a layer of ASA, we call it ASA coated ABS.

Vacuum Forming
Vacuum Forming shapes heated plastic sheets into three-dimensional products by placing a mold in a semi-automatic machine and heating a plastic sheet above it. The machine raises the mold, allowing the sheet to conform to its shape. A vacuum pump removes excess air, creating a vacuum environment, while a cooling system helps shape the product for release.
Depending on the requirements of the product, positive and negative molding methods are employed. Additionally, various auxiliary technologies are utilized, including bulge, top-press, and sliding block molding techniques.
For special products that require exceptional precision or alignment, precision or aligned vacuum forming methods are employed. Furthermore, bending components use aluminum molds to achieve the desired shape and form.

CNC Cutting
CNC is the meaning of Computer Numerical Control. After the extrusion of plastic sheets, molding, and vacuum forming processes, here comes CNC cutting. Once formed, our CNC engineers will convert the 3D files into CNC-dedicated files, program the data, then remove excess material from the outside, and shape, drilling, and bevelling of the products are all done in this step. We have a total of 28 sets of CNC machines and are one of the companies with the largest number of CNC machining production facilities in China!
